Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes “FP-Flex” for biogas applications

CGH Group have introduced a reinforced thermoplastic pipes “FP-Flex” for the transportation of (bio)methane gas.

In biogas applications most often an “FP-Flex” pipe is installed in a continuous run between the cleaning and filtering equipment – after the anaerobic digestion silos – and the intermediate compressor. The configuration of CGH’s reinforced thermoplastic pipe for this purpose = DN48 – Pmax 35 bar.

After that, another configuration of “FP-Flex” pipe is installed to inject the cleaned gas further into the grid. The configuration of CGH’s reinforced thermoplastic pipe for this purpose = DN 25 – Pmax 80 bar.

Our French distributor FPS performed the first successful project in France (Picardie).

On the pictures you see FPS showcasing our reinforced thermoplastic pipes at a recent exhibition in France.
